In this section, I want to draw attention to the fact that we support the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the digital age, despite the fact that it is defined only by the US copyright law.

Each of you, when creating your own digital product, will inevitably encounter modern technological advances in the field of copying and disseminating information.

And this problem becomes very relevant when you try to make money on the digital product you created, but due to the illegal, pirated distribution of your product, the labor spent on its creation can be nullified.

Therefore, we urge you to upload to our tracks or tracks that you just created, to which you have the right to distribute or advertise from the copyright holder.

If you receive a copyright complaint from the copyright holder that will be documented by the copyright holder, your track will be deleted. In the event of repeated copyright infringement, your account may be blocked.

With the help of the DMCA, copyright infringements related to copying, as well as the production and dissemination of technologies that allow circumvention / deception of technical means of copyright protection, appear outside the legal field.

This act provides protection for providers who will no longer be liable for user actions, while the responsibility for copyright infringement lies with the distributors of digital content.

It is also worth noting that the above normative legal act was developed in order to implement the provisions of the WIPO treaties “On Copyright” and “On Performances and Phonograms”; On May 14, 1998, the Act was unanimously passed by the US Senate and signed by US President Bill Clinton on October 28 of that year. In the European Union, the European Union Copyright Directive is in many respects similar to the European Union Copyright Directive.
